ABSTRACT
The objective of the research was to design a model that potentiates information management skills supported by the use of technological tools in vocational middle school students of public institutions in the municipality of Ponedera Atlántico. The research was developed under the positivist paradigm, with the hypothetical deductive method and with a projective type of research. The population consisted of 358 vocational middle school students from the city of Ponedera Atlantico. The data collection technique used was a survey whose instrument was a questionnaire, which was subjected to expert validity and structural validity. The analysis of the information was carried out by means of statistical analysis, with the purpose of verifying the hypothesis proposed.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research focused on determining the impact generated by teachers' pedagogical competencies on the development of language area competencies of grade 3 students of primary basic education in official urban educational establishments in Montería. The development of the proposal is based on the need to know the factors that mark the association between the competencies of primary school educators and the competencies of students in the area of language, which represents a possibility of approaching the efficiency of the pedagogical and didactic strategies used by teachers in the first educational levels of official institutions.
