Ensuring the safety of hazardous materials transport is critical for the city and the operation company. Many efforts have been made to investigating factors that affect the safety. We for the first time, to our knowledge, propose that the lighting conditions will put non-negligible affects to the driving safety of hazardous materials transport based on the existing evidence in realm of psychology and neuroscience. We hereby give a comprehensive review of the research findings, including a series of behavioral and psychological experiments, of how light act as a moderator for the cognitive function in the brain. We note that further investigation should be conducted to analyze the effect and mechanism of light conditions affecting driving safety, both at the daytime and the nighttime, and protective measures can be prepared accordingly, including making drivers exposed to specific color of light to stimulate brain arousal and enhance human cognition that will enhance the safety of Hazardous Materials Transport..

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of hematological profile of lingnan, kedu, bangkok, and arabic cyycel blood of chickens. The material used during this research was semen, collected from 4 different cock of Lingnan, Arabian, Kedu and Bangkok crossbred. The research was arranged in a randomized block design factorial with four treatments, four diluting times and five replications. The treatments on four breeds with dilution NaCl fisiologis and Egg Yolk. The result of this paper is In Lingnan chicken, there is an not significant relationship between dilution and dilution*time variables (p-value = 0.998 > 0.05). In Bangkok chicken, there is an not significant relationship............

Software testing is not a single objective task. There are other objectives that may involved in the testing process, such as time and cost. The motivation for the optimization is that most of the cases, testers do not have enough time and resources to achieve testing extensively. Hence, we trying to select a minimum number of test cases and at the same time achieve high level of coverage. The term of efficiency in this paper, represent the following: finding more faults and increasing the rate of fault detection (i.e. a measure of how quickly faults are detected). In this paper, a new genetic algorithm is introduced that will prioritize regression test suite within a time constrained environment on the basis of total fault coverage .It is better for testers to detect the first fault after half an hour of testing than waiting five hours. Hence, in which order these test cases are executed is very important for the testers in this context. The previous objectives and parameters play a significant role in this paper, since they are the inputs to the fitness function of evolutionary algorithms.

This study aims to using of goat manure to increase nutrients in maize plant under sandy soils in the sirte city. A field experiment was carried out at the Experiment Station, Faculty of Agriculture, Sirte University During the year 2019. This study used a completely randomized block design (RKLT) with 3 replications. The treatment consisted of 1 factor, namely, dose of goat manure with 4 levels, namely 0, 10, 20, and 30 tons ha-1 . So there are 12 experimental units. Experimental land preparation begins with clearing weeds from the land then liming with a dose of 2 tons ha-1 and giving husk ash at a dose of 1 ton ha-1 which is carried out 2 weeks before planting.Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the higher the application of Goat Manure, the higher the growth and production of Corn Plants in Sandy Underground in Sirte City.
