This article offers the possibility of non-traditional views on life. Above all, it presents it (life) in the context of its relations to the microsphere, macrosphere and consciousness. It emphasizes its subjectivity, as one of its important characteristics. It presents some hypotheses of important scientists and thinkers that have not yet been strictly scientifically proven, and modestly offers several of its own. It tries to show life not only in the context of knowledge, but also in the context of faith and beauty. It claims no universal truth, but humbly claims to be part of the discussion on the subject.

In this paper, distribution network reconfiguration problem has been modeled and then solved. This problem is related to power system operation studies from the time point of view. Network losses, voltage profile, risk of lines loading, and system reliability are indices that have been considered in operation phase. The network losses has been calculated by power flow tools. Also, uncertainties in demand and topology of radial distribution network have been included in the problem formulation. In present paper, uncertainty in demand has been modeled using fuzzy formulation of the load level and fuzzy power flow by triangular numbers. The proposed framework has been modeled as a multi-objective problem and solved using runner and root algorithm (RRA).........

Stage buses play an important and dominant role in transporting people in large cities across the globe. Buses carry more passengers than the private cars, reduce carbon emissions, alleviate traffic jam and foster urban productivity as well as connectivity. Bus operations in the large cities represent a key feature of the green mobility movement as well as smart city development. This paper aims to assess and explicate stage bus transit operations in the Greater Kampala in the view of the region's recent experience. Findings show that bus operation and performance in the Greater Kampala has been adversely affected by the wicked urban management problems such as inadequate funding, incessant traffic jam, urban sprawl, increased use of private cars, lack of public transport support infrastructure and facilities such as bus lanes and bus terminals, lack of enough experienced transport and logistics professionals as well as the continued dominance of para-transit systems such as minibus taxis (Mataus) and commercial motorcycle taxis (Boda Bodas).........
