Background:Radiotherapy is an effective treatment method for managing breast cancer, since a large portion of the breast cancer patients are cured from their disease and hence become long term survivors. The modern technologies in radiotherapy (RT) based on inversed treatment planning. Objectives:The aim of this study was determining the better dose distribution and effective treatment of intensity modulated left breast cancer treatment technique. Additionally, we compared DIBH and FB techniques especially for LAD dose and mean heart dose while using partial VMAT technique. Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on nine early stage breast cancer patients treatment planning with eight FF beams for IMRT treatment. All plans were re-optimized with FFF beams using the same optimization parameters. Then, the treatment planning were performed for IMRT treatment and partial arcs for VMAT treatment while using the same optimization parameters for ten patients.....................

Nowadays, electronic devicesare frequently usedin street lightning. Theequipment variesfrom electronic ballasts for sodium vapor lamps to modern led devices. They provide substantial benefits, for examplethey improve lamps' performance and energy efficiency. However, they may also present the great disadvantage of generating harmonic currents that harm the quality of the energy available in thesurroundings. This detriment in energy quality results in home users, shops, workshops, etc. having high harmonic content in the electric energy they receive from the network. In the near future, machine-tools will be more improved in the form of a knowledge-evolution based intelligent device. The final goal of this study is to develop an intelligent machine-tools having knowledge-evolution capability in Machine to Machine (M2M) wired & wireless environment. The knowledgeevolution based intelligent machine-tools is expected to gather knowledge autonomously by producing knowledge, understanding knowledge, reasoning knowledge, making a new decision, dialoguing with other machines, etc. The concept of the knowledge-evolution intelligent machine is originated from the machine control being operated by sense, dialogue and decision of human-expert. With intent to develop the knowledgeevolution based machine-tools, the structure of knowledge-evolution in M2M and the scheme for a dialogue agent among agent-based modules such as a sensory agent, a dialogue agent and an expert system (decision support agent) are presented in this paper. And work-offset compensation from thermal change and recommendation of cutting condition are on-line performed for knowledge-evolution verification.

The development of solar photovoltaic faces some difficulties in West African countries: the high cost of kW/h produced and the long duration of return on investment. To that, there are some installation and operation aspects of PV modules. In terms of installation, the incline plays a predominant role in the efficiency of a field photovoltaic. Indeed, the modules being fixed, it is, therefore, necessary to find the right one incline so that they can capture the most solar energy every day. In terms of operation, PV modules need to be exposed to outside in order to operate under the most possibility of direct sunlight. Such equipment is therefore subjected to a natural climatic condition causing a great impact on its performance.................

Buildings are a major energy consumer, which at the same time has a high potential for energy savings. With the use of appropriate technical and cost-effective technologies, it is possible to achieve a significant improvement in the energy efficiency of buildings with corresponding environmental and social benefits. In the energy performance of a building, the use of bioclimatic design techniques is of a particular importance. This term describes the design, which, taking into account the local climate, seeks to achieve the best indoor comfort conditions, utilizing the available natural resources and minimizing energy consumption. Passive heating and cooling systems are systems that use natural sources (sun, wind, etc.) to heat or cool a building without the use of mechanical means. The goal of selecting passive systems is to improve thermal comfort while simultaneously saving energy for as long as possible............

Earthquake is very dangerous and calamitous phenomenon occurring due to the movement of the tectonic plates of earth. Therefore it is sagacious to do the seismic anatomization and delineation to intercept structures versus any calamity. In this analytical study Performance analysis of both OMRF frame and SMRF frame was performed under seismic loading condition of different zones of India. From different study it was observed that various parameters like earthquake magnitude, propinquity to epicenter, and the confined geological situation, which impinge on the seismic wave promulgation. Maximum displacement and shear stresses developed were found to be major output parameters. SMRF performed much better than other form of OMRF frame. Three different configurations of high rise buildings were also studied. Stepped Building was observed to attain better configuration form as compared to other configuration.

Ferro cement is one of the structural materials, widely used because of its advantages of excellent behavior under flexural, and impact strength. Also it has excellent mechanical properties. A total of 6 types of panels were modeled for each grade of concrete i.e. M30, M40 and M50. The thickness of ferrocement panel considered is 20 mm and 30 mm. There are two type of fibres, Corrugated steel fibers and Hooked steel Fibers, and two types of meshes, Galvanized welded square mesh and Galvanized woven square mesh are used. High velocity impact and low velocity impact test is done on Ferro cement specimen. High velocity impact test is done by Ak-47 bullet and Parabellum bullet striking with a velocity of 300 m/s, 400 m/s, 500 m/s , 600 m/s and 700 m/s and low velocity impact test is done by dropping weight of 3.5kg from a height of 0.5m and 0.75m. All of this analysis is being performed on ANSYS Explicit Dynamics.............
