Asymmetric curcumin analogues are anticancer compounds that are synthesized from Cullilawan Oil with several stages of the process include: isolation safrole from Cullilawan Oil, safrole isomerization, oxidation, synthesis intermediate product and synthesis asymmetric curcumin analogues. The final stage of the process is the aldol condensation reactions using microwaves method that are affected by the processing time, power and concentration. The purpose of this study is the optimization of synthesis process conditions asymmetric curcumin analogues using response surface methodology and to determine the best model to obtain optimum process conditions. Design of experiments using a box-behnken design with 3 variables (power, time and concentration) and responses used is the yield that is associated with purity............

Abstract       pdf Full text PDF
Index: 10.183x/B61110711 aned
The management of biomedical waste is subject of important concern for public and also infection control specialist. As everyone knows that several types of health care activities produces various types of hazardous and contagious materials. Although we all know that in some manner it is harmful to public health, yet very recently people and government became aware about its proper management and disposal in India. Unscientific disposal of biomedical waste may cause transmission of communicable disease spreading through air, water and direct human contact by means of blood and infectious body fluids. These can be responsible for spread of hepatitis B, C and E and even AIDS within a community. Hence, proper handling, treatment and disposal of biomedical waste are important parts of healthcare infection control program. Appropriate management of biomedical waste is thus an important part of environmental health protection and it should become an integral feature of health care services. This review paper discuss about how to treat and dispose the biomedical waste.

Abstract       pdf Full text PDF
Index: 10.183x/C61111115 aned
Cooling fins in IC engines remove excess heat from it to protect its components from thermal damages. These fins work on the principle of convection heat transfer. The cooling efficiency of the engine fins can be improvised by changing geometry, thermal conductivity and the material of the cooling fins. Computational fluid dynamics is the technique used to determine thermal stresses and temperature distribution through the fins. CFD analysis gives accurate and realistic results in comparison with physical analysis processes. This project is based on designing more efficient cooling fins for a 150 cc (Honda Unicorn) bike engine by improvising the design and the material of the fin. Where the modelling of the fin is performed on Creo modelling software and the CFD analysis is performed on ANSYS 15.0 Workbench software.

Abstract       pdf Full text PDF
Index: 10.183x/D61111622 aned
The aim of this study is to investigate effects of austempering heat treatment on the tensile properties of GGG60 ductile cast iron for cam shaft production. For this purpose, cam shafts have been produced by sand casting method. For nodulizing process, Fe-Si-Mg alloy has been used and Fe-Si-Ba-Ca-Al alloy for inoculation process. The casting has been done between 1410-1420°C and the pouring time was between 11-13 sec. The casted cam shafts and tensile test samples have been austenitized at two different temperatures (800 and 900°C) and time (60 and 90 min.) under controlled furnace atmosphere. The austenitized camshafts and tensile test samples have been quenched into the molten salt bath at 360°C temperature and held 90 min. and then cooled in air. By this way, austempering heat treatment has been applied...............

The idea behind the current work is to Find Surface Tension of Different Fluids like Alkaline solutions to know the Difference between them. And to know the Efficiency of each Alkaline solutions in Enhance Oil Recovery. After the conventional water flood processes a substantial amount of remaining oil resides in the reservoir due to poor sweep efficiency. However, technically it is possible to improve the recovery efficiency by applying Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) processes. Chemical flooding methods such as NAOH, KOH, NAHCO3.

In present scenario, all over the world facing the challenge toward the crises of availability of natural resources like coal or fossil fuel , petroleum , natural gas etc in association with the environment protection , since human being fulfill all the desired from the nature directly or indirectly. But the increasing prices of fossil fuels and concerns about the environmental consequences of greenhouse gas emissions have renewed the interest in the development of alternative energy resources thus Renewable energy is more suitable & correct option due to no capital investment (availability free of cost ) and absence of risk and disasters ,reducing carbon content in environment . all the conventional resources are popularly used in electricity generation in India , theses are going to lesser available because of large demand & supply , and hence all over the world was completely depended upon the renewable energy resources , for example solar energy , wind energy , wave energy ,tidal and ocean energy & also other form of natural form of energy availability . in this paper we were focus on the solar energy which is absorbs then converts into heat energy & finally then converted into electrical energy or power generation , to fulfill the desired purpose a concentrated solar power(csp) unit collector's was used for electrical power generation in modern age

The role of the property sector to the national economy is very important. Not only its role in absorbing labor but also contributions to improving national economic growth. Great relevance to other sectors of the economy also makes the property sector requires strict protection and supervision of various parties, especially the government. It aims to prevent systemic risk due to the fall of the property sector to other economic sectors. Risks and uncertainties always occur in property development. The risk of an effect on every stage of the process of the development of ideas, feasibility studies, commitment to the construction and operation phase. The risk management process is generally a continuous and iterative process, even every kind of development is different and unique properties. This study aims to identify sources of risk, risk factors, the level of hazard, vulnerability level, the level of capacity and determine the priority risks in property development process..........

The validated protein precipitation method was applied for estimation of brigatinib in human plasma with brigatinib-D6 as an internal standard (ISTD) by using HPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The chromatographic separation was achieved with 0.1% formic acid in combination with methanol (25:75 v/v) using the C18 column Ascentis Express (50 mm × 4.6 mm, 2.7 μm). The total analysis time was 3 min and flow rate was set to 0.6 ml/min. The mass transitions of brigatinib and brigatinib-D6 obtained were m/z 570.3  484.6 and 585.1  484.6. The standard curve shows correlation coefficient (r2) greater than 0.9983 with a range of 5.00-10000.00 pg/ml using the linear regression model.
