ABSTRACT
The objective of the research was to design a model that potentiates information management skills supported by the use of technological tools in vocational middle school students of public institutions in the municipality of Ponedera Atlántico. The research was developed under the positivist paradigm, with the hypothetical deductive method and with a projective type of research. The population consisted of 358 vocational middle school students from the city of Ponedera Atlantico. The data collection technique used was a survey whose instrument was a questionnaire, which was subjected to expert validity and structural validity. The analysis of the information was carried out by means of statistical analysis, with the purpose of verifying the hypothesis proposed.

ABSTRACT
This study investigates the efficiency of Bi2O3-ZnO nanocomposites in the photodegradation of two endocrine disruptors: polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) and benzophenone (BP). Bi2O3 particles coated on ZnO (ZNRs) were synthesized through the integration of a hydrothermal technique with a chemical precipitation method. The synthesized nanocomposites were extensively characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and UV–Vis absorption studies........

Removal of Aluminum (Al+3) and Copper (Cu+2) from a Chemical Industry Wastewater with Graphene Oxide (GO) / Zinc Oxide (ZnO) Nanocomposite

ABSTRACT
In order to remove the Al+3 and Cu+2 metals from an chemical industry wastewaters adsorption technology was used with a nanocomposite namely graphene oxide (GO)/ zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocomposite produced under laboratory conditions. The functionalization of GO with zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO) improved the adsorption capacity of aluminum (Al+3) and copper (Cu+2). FT-IR spectra of GO, ZnO and GO/ZnO exhibited maximum absorption bands at 3401 1/cm 1842 1/cm and 1197 1/ cm corresponding to the stretching OH-groups and C=O bonds. The GO doped with ZnO nanoparticles exhibited good performances compared to both separete ones...........

ABSTRACT
The objective of the research was to design an occupational health and safety program for the improvement of the administrative management component in the official urban educational institutions of the municipality of Monteria, Cordoba. A qualitative research was developed through an inductive method. The research design was ethnographic. The research participants were 15 directors, 75 teachers, 20 administrative and 20 general services personnel from five urban educational institutions in the official sector of the city of Monteria. A semi-structured interview and a psychological test were applied. Both were analyzed by means of the manual triangulation technique, which allowed summarizing and codifying the information, resulting in the creation of categories from an inductive process............

ABSTRACT
This research project focuses on highlighting the importance of management accounting for the grocery sector in the city of Monteria, through the identification and description of its most relevant characteristics and benefits. In this way, it seeks not only to promote the implementation of this accounting system in the organizations of the sector, but also to highlight how its proper use can contribute to strategic decision making, the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness and, ultimately, to obtaining higher profits and consolidation in the market.

ABSTRACT
The problem of power plant generation scheduling for the coordination of reliable power supply from First Independent Power Limited (FIPL) has been a major concern. The tendency to match intended daily load demand to the available plant capacity through synchronization has resulted in the loss of revenue, blackout or outages thereby reducing the production rate. This research considered the application of Lagrangian Relaxation Technique most specifically the cost equation together with the unit commitment data for the 4 generating units of the power plant with the view of reducing the cost of operation and improving the scheduling and coordination of the generating unit over 24hours in 7 periods (A-G).In the month of September, 2023 the total cost of operating the 4 generators based on unit availability........
