Tabalong has a regional health insurance program (Jamkesda) that ensuring the whole Tabalong District population to get free health care services. This study aims to determine the impact of the program on the implementation of the national health insurance program and health services in the Tabalong District. This study use mix method approaches between quantitative and qualitative methods. The implementation of the JKN program in the Tabalong district at six months of initial implementation includes; transitional membership of Askes, JPK Jamsostek, and Jamkesmas to Health BPJS; drafting local regulations and health care standards of health insurance in the area; improvement efforts of both health care facilities and health workers; and the development and evaluation of information systems. Jamkesda programs implementation remains in the Tabalong district, although some people have signed up as participants of Health BPJS. Barriers that occur include the number of health workers who are not sufficient and health workers knowledge who are still lacking in providing health services at JKN program. Local governmentneed to develop policies and regulations to support the implementation of health insurance in the Tabalong district.

Today Robotics plays a fundamental role in fields of medicine, industries, home automated systems and many others. The methodology of DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) with GSM module is used for designing our robot. Robot is controlled by a mobile, through this we can make our robot communicate on a large scale over a large distance even from different cities or place. This robot has a number of merits as well as important features such as password authentication, avoiding obstacles in its path with fire detection[POF] so that robot can protect itself from fire and hence immediately provide an alert through text messaging to the calling person with sensors being automatic in nature.

It will be argued in this paper the cases of competing crimes, through a legal – criminal analise of the elements of the main criminal offense and of that of laundring1 the criminal product. It is given answer to wether a person can be subject of the main criminal offense and at the same time subject of laundring its criminal product. So, can a person be subject for the main offense and be convicted also as a afterwards "launderer". We can give the answer to this problem by explaining if both criminal acts, the main one as well as the one of laundring the criminal products, have the same object, do they violate the same legal criminal relationship, the same legaly protected interest, if the actions provided as elements of the criminal act are similar, and through the verification of intent and motive as elements that characterise the laundring of criminal products. Referering as well as to the judicial albanian practice, we can conclude that there is no reason to support the double charge as we can not ask a criminal subject to incriminate oneself. We will as well argue the cases when a person is charged at the same time for the main criminal act and for the criminal act of laundering. In this case no constitutional rights are affected as the lawlesness of the laundry act is beyond that of the main criminal offense and it violates a legal protected interest.

AlSrLaO4 phosphors were synthesized using standard solid state reaction [SSR] method with varying Eu molar concentration as 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.7, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5%. The mixture of reagents was ground together to obtain a homogeneous powder in acetone base. To prepare Aluminum Strontium Lanthanate (ASL) doped with various concentrations of Eu, consists of heating stoichiometric amounts of reactants at 1000°C for 2 h in a muffle furnace. The received powder being ground thoroughly using an agate mortar, to ensure the best homogeneity and reactivity, powder was transferred to alumina crucible, and then reheated in a muffle furnace at 1200°C for 4 hours. The phosphor materials were cooled to room temperature naturally. All samples were found out to be white who are studied for photoluminescence [PL]. Photoluminescence spectra were recorded at room temperature using Shimadzu-5301 Spectrofluorophotometer. The phosphors are characterized using XRD and SEM. The effect of doping of Eu in ASL on the PL emission/excitation was also studied. Eu shows all its primary allowed emissions hence it is concluded that this phosphor can be used in display devices.

A simple dual band high gain bowtie type patch antenna for multiple applications involving television, mobile phones, GPS, astronomy and remote sensing is proposed in this paper. The proposed antenna has small size and simple shape which enables it to be embedded inside any modern gadget operating in Ultra high frequency (UHF) and Extremely high frequency (EHF) frequency bands. The overall antenna dimensions are with two triangular cuts of dimensions from left and right. The antenna is fed by microstrip line feed and the simulation results illustrates that the antenna resonates at dual frequency with a maximum gain of which characterizes such a gain that the proposed antenna can be said to be with negligible losses.

Abstract       pdf Full text PDF
The current interest in developing a manufacturing capability at the mixed scales is leading to a number of investigations concerned with the development of special purpose machine tools. Competition permanently demands the machine tool manufacturers to improve the working accuracy and the dynamical behaviour of their machines while reducing both product development time and costs. The problem with most special purpose machines is the amount of vibration that is transmitted through the spindle, which affects the quality of surface finish and the dimensional accuracy imparted to the work piece being machined. Owing to the way the spindle is mounted at the end of a cantilevered structure, low resonant frequencies can occur that are easily excited. SPM is a special purpose machine exclusively used in two wheeler automobiles. The main objective of this project is to design and perform finite element analysis of the SPM and make sure that the SPM is free from vibrations. In this thesis design calculations were done using Timoshenko beam theories for different cutting forces. Later a parametric 3D model was developed using the cad software. Both static and dynamic analyses were done using analysis software NX cad software is used for developing 3D parametric model and Ansys software is used for performing static and dynamic analysis.

Theory of Coupled-Mode Self-Excited Vibration of Tainter Gates
K.Sarth Chandra, C.Chandramohan, Ayub Ashwak
Abstract       pdf Full text PDF
The theoretical analysis of coupled-mode self-excited vibration of hydraulic gates is developed in the present paper. The theory is applied to the 87-ton Tainter gate at the Folsom Dam, which according to eyewitness testimony, experienced flow-induced vibrations and failed in l995. In its original design, the Folsom Tainter gate possessed two significant vibration modes. One mode was a whole gate rotation around the trunnion pin, while the second mode was a streamwise bending vibration of the skinplate. For certain upstream water levels, these two modes can couple with each other through hydrodynamic forces and inertia torques, producing self-excited vibration. The equations of motion for the small amplitude coupled-mode vibration are derived in non-dimensional form, revealing the non-dimensional parameters governing the vibrations and the hydrodynamic forces. The characteristics of this coupled-mode self-excited vibration are obtained through approximate numerical solutions, derived by iterative numerical calculations of the equations of motion. In addition, examination and physical explanations for vibration trajectories and energy transfer from the fluid motion to the gate vibration are presented. The theory, along with measured in-air frequencies, mode shapes and damping ratios, is used to generate stability diagrams of the original Folsom gate designs.
