Handwriting is one of the acquired characteristics of humans. It is a mixture of nature and nurture. Parents play an important part in teaching pre-writing skills to their children. Genetics also has a role in shaping the writing habits of the writer (such as handedness and handwriting positions). This paper examines the handwritings of parents and their biological off-springs to determine the inheritance of handwriting features from one generation to the next generation. In this scheme, resemblances in the handwriting features of parents-off springs were studied using computational features based on MATLAB 8.3 software.

To enhance the performance of the intelligent optimization algorithm, a new model of performing search on the Bloch sphere is proposed. Then, by integrating the model into the artificial fish swarm optimization, we present a quantum-inspired artificial fish swarm optimization algorithm. In proposed method, the fishes are encoded with the qubits described on the Bloch sphere. The vector product theory is adopted to establish the axis of rotation, and the Pauli matrices are used to construct the rotation matrices. The four fish behaviors, such as moving, tracking, capturing, aggregating, are achieved by rotating the current qubit about the rotation axis to the target qubit on the Bloch sphere. The Bloch coordinates of qubit can be obtained by measuring with the Pauli matrices, and the optimization solutions can be presented through the solution space transformation. The highlight advantages of this method are the ability to simultaneously adjust two parameters of a qubit and automatically achieve the best match between two adjustment quantities, which may accelerate the optimization process. The experimental results show that the proposed method obviously outperforms the classical one in convergence speed and achieves better levels for some benchmark functions.

A comparative kinetic analysis between surfactant-modified and natural clinoptilolite nanoparticles for benzene removal is presented. The structure and morphology of clinoptilolite crystals with different previous treatments were determined using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The potential of iron sorption, in different metal concentrations, was evaluated by applying Langmuir and Freundlich equations. Experimental results show that Fe (II) loading is higher on clinoptilolite when the zeolite is previously treated with NH4Cl. A cationic surfactant, cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), was used to modify the surface of the zeolite loaded with iron. Catalytic and adsorption behavior, for an aqueous benzene solution removal was studied. The inclusion of surfactants in the zeolite structure increases benzene adsorption but reduces their catalytic capacity.

Improving the quality of health services at the primary level is very important to reduce the burden of services which will be covered hospital when the BPJS program applied. The aimed of this study is to describe the implementation of the program of BPJS in Public Health Center (PHC) Martapura. This study was a qualitative research with case study design. The informants are the head of PHC and manager program were taken by purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews using in-depth interview guide. Result of this study was since the enactment BPJS January 1, 2014, Banjar Regency Health Office only once to disseminate ie in March 2014. This makes the health center to get the barriers in the field of the sustainability of the information obtained from the health department with the information captured on the official website BPJS. Another barriers was the disbursement claims that have not been implemented which should have been right to health centers for services provided. Support from the health department and BPJS needed to inform about the national health insurance program regularly to health centers so that health centers do not confusion in implementing the program.

Solar drying is one of the application of solar energy. Drying means moisture removal from the product. Drying is helpful in preserving food product for long time; it prevent product from contamination. Direct solar drying, indirect solar drying, and mixed mode solar drying these are different solar drying methods. Primarily open to the sun or direct sun drying technique is used. However, it has some disadvantages. These disadvantages can be eliminated by indirect type of dryer which is used for drying products as application of solar energy. In this paper, we studied the different technique of drying and various modes of solar drying.

Power consumption has rapidly risen to an intolerable scale. This results in both high operating costs and high failure rates so it is now a major cause for concern. It is imposed new challenges to the development of high performance systems. Dynamic power can contribute up to 50% of the total power dissipation. In this paper; we first review the basic power management techniques to reduce the dynamic power consumption techniques like clock gating & frequency scaling. Clock-gating is the most common RTL optimization for reducing dynamic power. We have been also studied I2C and SPI are the most commonly used serial protocols for both inter-chip and intra-chip low/medium bandwidth data-transfers. Both protocols are well suited for communications between integrated circuits for slow communication with on-board peripherals.

In the existing quantum-behaved optimization algorithms, almost all of the individuals are encoded by qubits described on plane unit circle. As qubits contain only a variable parameter, quantum properties have not been fully embodied, which limits the optimization ability rise further. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a quantum ant colony optimization algorithm based on Bloch sphere search. In the proposed algorithm, the positions of ants are encoded by qubits described on Bloch sphere. First, the destination to move is determined according to the select probability constructed by the pheromone and heuristic information, then, the rotation axis is established with Pauli matrixes, and the evolution search is realized with the rotation of qubits on Bloch sphere. In order to avoid premature convergence, the mutation is performed with Hadamard gates. Finally, the pheromone and the heuristic information are updated in the new positions of ants. As the optimization process is performed in n-dimensional hypercube space [−1, 1]n, which has nothing to do with the specific issues, hence, the proposed method has good adaptability for a variety of optimization problems. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to other quantum-behaved optimization algorithms in both search ability and optimization efficiency.

Factors that affect the low provision of exclusive Breast Milk, one of them is caused by fact that not all babies got Breast Crawl yet. Dealing with Breast Crawl having not performed, it can lead problem to breastfeeding process also Breast Milk production on mother. The provision of Breast Milk is not only good for mother and baby, but also useful for family and country (Roesli, 2012). The research aims to find out the impact of Breast Crawl to Breast Milk production on puerperium mother in Rose Room of Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Regional Public Hospital (RSUD AWS) of Samarinda in 2014. The research was a quantitative research characterized by analytic descriptive with cross sectional research design. Population of the research were puerperium mothers in Rose Room of Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Regional Public Hospital of Samarinda. The samples taken by non probability sampling was purposive sampling. Data analysis technic used univariate analysis by frequency distribution bivariate analysis by statistics test difference test between two proportions with level of confidence (CI 95%) also  = 5%. Result of the research is that there was significant impact of Breast Crawl to Breast Milk production, which resulted of z test obtained Zcalculation value for 3,14627 > than value for 1,96. Based on result of the research, the researchers concluded that there was a significant impact of Breast Crawl to Breast Milk production. Suggestion to husbands, families also health workers to be able to do Breast Crawl soon after baby born for fully one hour, hence Breast Milk production is smooth, that indeed besides giving advantages both for mothers and their babies.
